   I really like the simple design of these s925 sterling silver circle hollowed rope earrings. However, I was disappointed when the battery died after only a year. The cost of the battery replacement was quoted at 1,500 yen, which is more than I paid for the earrings themselves. I have not replaced the battery yet as a result. Additionally, the earrings tend to get dirty easily and it is difficult to clean the white marks that appear on the rope part. Overall, for the price of 1,000 yen, I guess it’s to be expected.
